BASELAYER
DRY.
Often referred to as second skin, Helly Hansen base layers are vital to
temperature regulation and moisture management in any setting. As you
work hard, our LIFA® Technology moves moisture away from the skin, leaving
you dry and comfortable. Our current range of base layers are categorized by
warmth level, allowing you to select the best fit for your need.

LAYER
WARM.
When faced with colder conditions, Helly Hansen thermal midlayers trap
warm air from your body to insulate when you need it most. As you warm up,
some of our midlayers can ventilate to expel excess heat and like our base
layer range, also allow moisture to pass through, keeping you dry and warm
for long days on site. Midlayers should always be selected according to the
conditions and activity you’re faced with.

The final component to the 3-layer system is an outer, protective outer layer.
Using our award-winning Helly Tech® waterproof membrane, we have been
able to create a wide range of durable, protective and seam sealed jackets for
all-season use. It is important that the outer layer is also breathable, allowing
for proper ventilation and moisture management to combat overheating.
Depending on the temperature, the outer layer can protect you from wind, rain
or snow, making it a vital piece to any collection.
