that when we designed our kitchen knives. Because

the kitchen. The Classic 1891 range, inspired by our
region of Dalarna, includes a peeling knife to help
you sort out onions, fruit and vegetables, and the

chef’s knife for bigger tasks. There’s also the bread
knife to slice your sandwiches, the fillet knife for
your fish soup, and the all-round knife for, well, all
