Poultry Knives

These knives are made especially for working with poultry, where the somewhat shorter blades are convenient
for handling chicken and turkey. The knife blades are made of Swedish high quality steel (12C27 ) which makes
it possible to sharpen the knife to extreme sharpness. These knives also have a very high edge retention.
